Developer & Sub-Project Manager

Tasks

  • Project Coordination
  • Support and coordinate development projects for industrial power supply products from concept phase through launch and product maintenance
  • Work with technical stakeholders to define project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and priorities
  • Track project progress, open topics, risks, and dependencies, and support timely escalation when needed
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
  • Coordinate activities between R&D, product management, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external suppliers
  • Prepare clear project status updates and support management reporting
  • Product Development
  • Cooperation in the development of hardware circuits for industrial power supplies with external supplier.
  • Develop and integrate firmware / embedded software for IO-Link device communication
  • Validation testing, and root cause analysis for design issues
  • Document technical designs, test results, and decisions with the rigor required for platform reuse in collaboration with the product architect

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a comparable qualification

Advantages

  • Familiarity with SMPS, power electronics, industrial automation products, or regulated electronic products
  • Understanding of project management approaches
  • Experience working with external suppliers, development partners, or manufacturing sites
  • Experience with ERP or PLM systems such as SAP, Windchill, or similar is preferred

Requirements for the candidate

  • Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Experience in a technical or industrial product development environment
  • Basic understanding of electronic products; experience with industrial power supplies or power electronics is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with good attention to detail
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
