Senior Project Manager Business Transformation​​

Tasks

  • As Senior Project Manager – Business Projects, you act as a transformation leader with clear end‑to‑end accountability for strategic initiatives that fundamentally improve how Balluff operates, collaborates and delivers value.
  • You lead complex, international transformation programs that drive measurable business results by redesigning processes, organisational structures and ways of working, while actively shaping the cultural change required to make these improvements sustainable.
  • You are part of a strong, senior team of project and transformation leaders, reporting directly to the management board. Together, you act as trusted partners to the business, jointly owning Balluff’s transformation agenda and setting the standard for professional, impact‑driven execution across the company.

Required qualifications

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex, international projects
  • Strong track record in leading business transformation initiatives with tangible impact
  • Ability to lead through change and influence without formal authority
  • Experience in embedding new ways of working within an organization
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and develop innovative solutions
  • Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g. IPMA, Scrum Master certification)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP architecture and processes is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
