• Innovative Solution Design: Spearhead the development of creative and technical solution concepts tailored to user requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical support contact, troubleshooting software issues and overcoming complex challenges.
• Seamless Integration: Configure and integrate ECAD applications within our existing cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users, enhancing their understanding and proficiency in using our ECAD software solutions.
• Application Ownership & Continuous Improvement
• Actively manage and continuously enhance the ECAD systems, including interfaces to PLM, release upgrades and administering application servers.

• A technical degree, technician training, or apprenticeship, supplemented with professional experience. (degree not a must)
• Strong proficiency in ECAD software, preferably Altium.
• Experience in product development processes within a PLM environment.
• 3 years of experience – medior level
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
