Cluster Expert Product Availability

Feladatkör

  • Responsible for the Global Supply Review for transferred clusters within the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in our network, which includes all commercial units, the global distribution network, and all supply chain and planning functions
  • Coordinate all stakeholders in the Global Sales & Operations Planning Process to derive consistent planning and actions from an end-to-end perspective that ensures high delivery performance for your product cluster at appropriate cost and inventory levels
  • Prepare and communicate the annual production budgets/supply contracts of all production plants, including adjustments during the year due to market fluctuations.
  • Drive action in the preparation and execution of the global S&OP process by clarifying, communicating and monitoring tasks and responsibilities with all relevant stakeholders
  • Leading the Cluster Alignment Meeting and being responsible for the interface to product management
  • Coordinate all stakeholders (MAS/PCM/SC/TEC/..) for global product availability issues (esp. disruptions) to find quick and pragmatic solutions to ensure delivery capability.
  • Interface with TEC/AME to new developments and derive the effects on the production network
  • Support the Global Supply Chain Management team in strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Preparation of proposals for transfers or capacity expansions for the Management Board
  • Collaboration in international projects to improve supply chain processes

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of scheduling / production control / operational purchasing, preferably in an international environment
  • Very good IT skills - SAP (MM, PP, SD) and MS Office
  • High level of commitment as well as initiative, reliability and organizational talent
  • Strong entrepreneurial and customer-oriented, as well as planning and analytical thinking and acting
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness
  • Quick comprehension and high sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
