Project Manager

Feladatkör

  • Managing the product development projects, beginning from the specification to series launch production according to the Product Introduction Process,
  • Goal achievements in terms of timeline, costs, content, and customer feedback,
  • Take over the modern management of cross-location, interdisciplinary project teams with sub-project managers and team members from product management, development, production, quality, purchasing and partly with external development partners
  • Develop and represent of the project and take part in the resource planning in coordination with the involved departments
  • Create, monitor, and present the state of the project, and report to the head of the project management and the Device Class head.
  • Leading the project in a classical or agile way, monitoring and control, depending on the situation or hybrid
  • Create and maintain the project documentation, and develop further project management methodology, the portfolio and project management platform
  • Provide the interface between all internal and external parties involved in the product development external areas
  • Creating decision templates before the decision making for the management, provide presentations to the management
  • Moderate the decision finding
  • Involved in the development of the Product Introduction Process (PiP)

Szükséges képzettség

Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable course recommended.
