• Development of embedded firmware for devices and sensors with focus on safety critical requirements
• Definition of the product/firmware specification in the requirement management system
• Coding, integration, testing and documentation of program code
• Conceptual design of unit, integration and system tests, execution and evaluation of related tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including systems, safety, and test engineering—to ensure both product and program-level requirements are satisfied.

Studies of electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science focus embedded systems or comparable qualification

• Professional experience of at least 2-5 years
• Very good knowledge in C/ C++.
• Ideally experience with relevant standards (IEC61508, or ISO26262, or ISO13849, or EN 50128).
• Familiarity with static analysis such as MISRA C/C++, and development of projects through the ASPICE V model
• Very good experience in the development of real-time and embedded systems
• Good knowledge of the corresponding tool chains (requirement management / development systems)
• Experience with Agile software development, continuous integration and testing systems
• Experience with continuous integration and testing systems
• Good analytical capabilities
• Team player
• Communicational level of English language
