• SAP Key User for the MM module for operational Purchasing
• Drive SAP adaption for VMI and safety stock setup
• Overseeing the integration and management of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
• Purchasing representative in stock reduction projects
• Speed up and rollout VMI/safety stock setup at supplier site or in VPE, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supply chain strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors to establish VMI agreements and protocols.
• Utilize real-time data to make informed decisions about stock replenishment.
• Train internal teams on VMI processes and best practices.
• Analyzing purchasing processes as well as further development of and according to the company'
• Introduction and support of new IT processes and software solutions in purchasing
• Supporting of Purchasing reporting
• Planning and monitoring of key performance indicators
