OHS Engineer
Feladatkör
- Prepare, issue, and check conformity of H&S rules
- Prepare Safety Risk Assesments of buildings, machines, working processes
- Startup of hazardous and non-hazardous machinery
- Conduct incident and near miss investigations, participation in preventive / corrective actions, follow up of preventive / corrective actions
- Coordinate and follow up H&S audits, participate in H&S audits, prepare and follow up audit reports
- Prepare EHS training materials, conduct EHS trainings
- Participate in support activities related to Safety Committee
- Support other departments in their EHS related tasks
- Make and coordinate proposals, to increase safety culture, and efficiency of H&S processes
- Follow up H&S legal requirements, make proposals for necessary actions for conformity
- Coordinate Sub contractor work in H&S matters, conduct H&S audits to check their conformity
- Generate reports, and conduct other H&S related tasks
- Coordinate operator, and maintainer checks of fire safety assets
- Participate in organizing and conducting Emergency drills
- Participate in development, maintenance, and cross audit of Standardised Management Systems (ISO14001/2015, ISO45001/2018)
- Participation during Authority visits
- Participate in operation of organization environmental system (air emission management, waste management, governmental, and corporate reports)
Szükséges képzettség
- At least Health And Safety Engineer education
- Intermediate level Fire safety degree
- Advanced level Environmental degree
Előnyt jelent
- At least 5 years experience in similar role in industrial environment
- Willingness to travel
Elvárások a jelölttel szemben
- Practical knowledge of Standardized Management Systems (ISO14001/2015, ISO45001/2018) Internal auditor education
- Determination, confidence, independence, excellent communication and outstanding conflict management skills, systematic approach
- Intermediate English in word and in writing
- Strong computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
- Ability to organize, execute, or lead groups of employees to execute low complexity tasks
