Assistant - purchasing department

Feladatkör

  • Arranging, organizing and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and conferences for the Purchasing Department
  • Correspondence and notes in English and in German
  • Complete administration and organization of appointments
  • Visitor organization (both external and internal)
  • Support the Purchasing Vice President and the Global Purchasing Department comprehensively
  • Trip organization and settlement of travel costs
  • Supplier business reports
  • Creating presentations
  • Information flow (circulars, news, etc.)
  • Contact keeping with other departments, consultation with Head of’s of the PU department
