• Develop and maintain demand forecast based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production to gather relevant information and align on demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operational purchasing to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Analyze demand patterns and identify potential risks or opportunities to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Act as a liaison between the supply team and the sales team, facilitating effective communication and understanding of customer requirements.
• Proactively communicate with the sales team to address any potential issues or concerns related to demand planning with accurate resolution.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of the resolutions.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes by implementing best practices and leveraging technology solutions.
• Generate reports and provide regular updates on demand planning and customer satisfaction performance to management.
