Material Management Cluster Expert

Feladatkör

  • Responsible for the Global Supply Review for assigned clusters within the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across our network, which includes all commercial units, the global sales network, and all supply chain and planning functions
  • Leading the Cluster Alignment Meeting and serving as the interface to product management and the device class
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (MAS/PCM/SC/TEC/...) on global product availability issues (particularly disruptions) to find quick and practical solutions that ensure delivery capability.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders in the Global Sales & Operations Planning process to ensure consistent planning and derive actions from an end-to-end perspective that ensure high delivery performance for your product cluster while maintaining appropriate cost and inventory levels
  • Preparing and communicating the annual production budgets/supply contracts for all production facilities, including mid-year adjustments due to market fluctuations.
  • Drive initiatives related to the preparation and execution of the global S&OP process by clarifying, communicating, and monitoring tasks and responsibilities with all relevant stakeholders
  • Connecting with TEC/AME regarding new developments and deriving the effects on the production network
  • Supporting the Global Supply Chain Management Team in strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Developing proposals for transfers or capacity expansions for the Management Board
  • Work on international projects to improve supply chain processes

Szükséges képzettség

A degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on supply chain management, or a comparable qualification

Elvárások a jelölttel szemben

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, production control, or operational procurement, preferably in an international setting
  • Advanced EDV skills – SAP (MM, PP, SD) and MS Office
  • A high level of commitment, as well as initiative, reliability, and organizational skills
  • A strong entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset, combined with strategic and analytical thinking and acting
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Fast comprehension and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
