HR Manager


  • Leading, mentoring and professional management of the local HR team
  • Decision making related to local HR strategy aligned with global company and HR strategy
  • Target setting for local HR team
  • Review and update local HR processes, policies, and guidelines
  • Responsible for monthly payroll process, social security related tasks, employee related administration tasks are done correctly, on time and based on regulations
  • Also responsible for monthly tax return and mandatory reporting to authorities are done correctly, on time and based on regulations
  • Ensuring HR team members have relevant skills and competences, and they are motivated
  • Budget planning for HR related cost centers and monitoring the spendings
  • Annual headcount planning of organization and monitoring HC changes
  • Ensuring legal compliance
  • Maintain good relationship with HR service providers other partners
  • Effective workforce planning of company
  • Ensuring fair, transparent, equal compensation and benefit system
  • Implementing and support of global HR initiatives, processes

Szükséges képzettség

College or University degree in HR or economy field

  • 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in an international company (operating with a matrix structure)
  • 3-5 years leadership experience (disciplinary and functional leadership)
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Good project management knowledge
  • Ability to strategic thinking and target-oriented personality
  • Customer oriented and proactive personality
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict handling skills
  • Strong presenting and leadership skills
